 I've treated Agate from Washington St and Brazilean Agate with no problem except trying not to over cook it. I've got it too hot and pot lidded some. That white and cream colored agate Brian Melton sends me from Washington cooks real good at 400,450 overnite. Also Mookite, and that brown and yellow agate in Washington
