Has been a beautiful day today so made it a point to get a little shooting in. I made these arrows a while back but never got around to getting pictures of them. Bamboo shafts, 2 feather fletched, 2 of them with goose feathers, the other 2 are turkey, and then painted up.
What I think is neat though is that they can do double duty as target or roving arrows with the help of some spent 9mm casings. I found that the 9mm hulls fit perfectly over 11/32 field points and hold quite snug, but can still be removed with pliers. These are the aluminum casings that only weigh about 25grains so I can tell they are even on there when shooting.
Any way, just thought I'd share. Plus, the arrow section needs some more activity anyway
