Hey Lee great to see you here.

Sorry I can’t help with the Python skins, but maybe someone else can.

Look forward to seeing what you put them on.

Feathers n Wood LLC is a small dealer I buy most of my trad archery supplies from. He has a post on his Facebook page showing some python skins a friend of his sells. Might check him out.

I've also been looking for python skins for bow backing. Feathers n Wood LLC sounds like a solid lead—I'll check out their Facebook page. If anyone else knows other sources, I'd love to hear about them.

Thanks!

I literally shouted with joy when I saw you had posted! So glad to see you again. It was a real pleasure to hang out with you at the Tennessee Classic last May and watch you work. I love your passion for crafting wood bows AND the amazing bows you turn out. Give my love to your family, brother!

That would probably be me your talking about. I offered a few skins several months ago. I still have 3 of them. I used one recently and I like how they turn out and are really thick. About as thick as goat rawhide. Here’s one I glued in a few days ago and am getting the layers of truoil on.
