Built a new one for myself.

Finally got around to making a new bow for myself.Built this one along with the static recurve we built last week. It a Bamboo backed Osage R/D Tri-Lam with a Bacote riser. The specs are the same a s the Static Recurve.60" ntn 50#at 28". Vert sweet shooting and smooth

This one and the recurve are both beautiful bows.  I really like the contrast between the wood colors.  Saw Filer

Looks like it will really fling an arra.  Beautiful detail work on the riser and overlays.  Nice Job.

The bow started out with just a core lam of osage  5/16 tapered to 3/16. It came out to light when I got done tillering it so I kept going till I go to 30#and then added an 1/8" belly lam to it.
