White oak static recurve. 45# at 28” and 61” ntn. Tips are deer antler and the handle is buffalo leather tooled with antler tines and homemade stamps. The finish is built up tung oil and paste wax. This one was only heated once to straighten the limbs, otherwise  it was just dried and tillered near 7% mc. All in all it’s taken about a half inch set per limb holding 1.75” reflex after shooting.

Looks like it turned out great. The sapwood rings look pretty thin. Love white oak though. Very pretty wood. That cambium on the back looks awesome.

Ive got plenty of small diameter white oaks in my woods. Ill have to try it.
