So I found a 76" HHB roughed out D bow in my stash, 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" wide. I cut it down to 66" and am working it down to floor tiller.  It is very stiff, some deflex needs to come out.  Photos to come.

I really need to make a full-length caul

I'm so bad at making them though there never a smooth amount of reflex it always ends up being just one kink somewhere which I don't like the way that looks, I want a nice long swoop... I did finally get that on my trade bow though which I'm very happy about

As an aside, I know it’s supposed to hurt a little to give away one’s bow, but what if it is going to hurt too much? At what point can we keep our trade bow and send a lesser bow? I’m only kidding! Kinda....

You get to about 300 bows it comes easier. I haven’t flight tested it yet I though. That could get difficult. But I’m pretty sure it’s just a good shooter. Arvin
