Cracked hickory board

Hi all. Working on a hickory board bow. Close to floor tiller and I noticed a crack running down the belly and around the side of the lower limb. As I see it I could scrap it and start over, fill it with CA and hope for the best, narrow the limbs significantly (probably come out at 1.25 inches wide), or cut the bottom limb off and turn it into a take down project (Although I don’t feel competent with a take down at this point). What are the collective opinions? Thanks in advance.

You've got your oprins correct. Just do what you feel. :)
If you absolutely had to get a bow out of it. I would narrow the limbs. It is a shame the check goes around the edge....it could be fine as is but it is risky. You could try tillering it to full draw with nothing more than superglue in the check. If it survives then wrap with fishing braid or similar.

I wouldn't trust that limb, I would cut it off and splice in a new limb at the handle.

I have replaced bad limbs a bunch of times.
