This is kinda my fave wood at the moment. It's just gorgeous wood. For some reason the sapwood on this piece darkened when it dried. It's snow white when fresh and I've had it stay that way but this one didn't. Really hard to find good wood. Normally has lots of twist but these billets were good. It's 68" NTN. 1 1/2" at the fades, tapering to 1 1/8" 20" out and then to 3/8" tips. It's bit heavy for me at 45#@28 but if I ever take up shooting a lot again I can fix that. 1" of reflex and negligible set. Tip overlays are Ninebark and handle wrap is from an old couch.
