Venison Kabobs

Here is another way to enjoy your elk or deer. Take your choicest steaks and cut thick then cube them up into nice size chunks. coat with olive oil and season with montreal steak seasoning. Do the same thing with onion, bell pepper, baby yellow squash slices, and mushrooms. Put onto kabob spears and grill. You can brush on additional olive oil to keep moist, but not really needed. Serve with baked potato and salad for steak house quality at a fraction of the cost.
