Great job, Ben. You hit that tiller right on the head.

Ben ,man that tiller is awsome I come back and look at your pics it's mesmerizing  , it looks like it's not that stressed at your full draw , I'm just curious if any how it feels stack wise , I think 62 in is a good length for a blind bow, I only have 60 or 64'' bows , I think shoot ability out trumps speed in a hunting bow , I will bet that bow stays consistent I would bet if you clock it 1000 arrows from now it will clock the same !

Thanks for the compliments guys.

Thanks Ritchie.  I came to the realization on this bow that I don't actually draw the 29.5-30" that I'm measured for.  Real life shooting is more like 28".  I guess I lean in a little and I don't anchor quite that far back.  But this build did prove what I was testing.  I wanted a shorter bow with good string angle and low stack and low stress out in the draw (I guess those all go hand in hand).  This bow did achieve that.  String angle is great, it didn't take much set going from 24" to 28", and it's a smooth draw all the way till anchor.  It feels like a lighter bow.

Thats one thing that I have always liked about this design concept is the short bow no stack even my dark side 60 in. has no stack to 31 in a even 3 lb ruffly per inch but to be honest as soon you got that on the tree I was bitting my nails nervious...lol because I know the presure in the inners but your bow with the exspert tiller bends a little bit more in the uppers & with the reflex you chose and taper rate it worked out ,now you need a 60 in....lol or like he said you could come over to the dark side  >:D

Wow, beside design, tiller, I also admire your finish work! Normally I don't like greenish bows, but in combination with the boo it turned out really great! Also your arrowshelf is carved out very nice!

Thanks.  I'm glad you like the carved shelf.  I have noticed a general dislike of the cut in style shelves, and I wanted to try something a little different.  I like how it came out too.  You can get your hand right under the arrow this way.
