Really Cool bowmo. Thanks for sharing your tool box. Do you dry your Antler? It seems like I have pretty good luck with in winter but when humidity gets up there it acts all different. Maybe it's just me. I do more knapping in the winter so I might just be more of my game.

Never really noticed the humidity making a big difference in the way my antler works, and it's often around 90% here this time of year. I don't knap indoors as a rule, so I don't knap in the winter tho.

More indirect practice the other day...and all indirect preform and a Thebes.

I haven’t seen such a wide contact point for indirect being used before...interesting.

I'm just starting to get the hang of indirect. Still seems a bit uncomfortable holding stick pinched between my knee but a six by six block to put my foot on helps.

bjrogg...yea it was the same way for me...that's why I made this one. The stick on this one is around 4 feet long and the end goes into the dirt and keeps the stick stable and easier to use. Way way easier for me.

Good times at the Evergreen Knap In

Only made one finished point from a killer piece of root beer I got from Eric’s Rocks but made LOTS of Cobden bifaces.
