Awesome job on what appeared to be a NASTY tillering challenge.  I love it!

Another cool bow, Manny. Keep it up so I'll get started on one of the staves I got from you.  ;D   Pat

That kink looks intimidating, but the tiller came out great.  As the others said,  Love the look of the guava.

Ditto everybody else's praise. Truly a primitive bow  :) and worthy of its bookmark for March Self Bow of the Month

;D That upper limb looks a little like the  upper limb on the  bow you sent us! So what town are you living in? PM me if you need to stay "undercover." ;)

Rich, I'm in WAIALUA, ..nowhere near the beach :( :(..but it's quite a dry area compared to the NorthShore

David, the upper limb is 1 1/8" at it's widest, the lower 1 1/16"

It was straighter when it got here. Unfortunatly it warped when it dried some more. Now, it is reflexed in the upper limb 3/4 of the way from the end and dog legging prety bad. I will be playing with it in the future so I will go get that heat gun. Should I use an oil on the limb to keep it from burning and just heat one side or all sides?

Manny I am starting on the snakey one you sent , I have 1 5/8 inches wide to work with and like flat bows so am thinking of keeping all the width and about 67" for about 65# at 28-29"draw.   Kenneth

Will try to get pics up in a bit. Having a bit of trouble seeing the grain on the back so stained and sanded to bring it out, dosen't seem to agree with the belly grain. Hate to have grain run off as it wrecked a bow once for me, but don't have a lot of wood to play with so might just have to over build a bit, tiller and hope it works.    Kenneth
