Worth watching/listening to...
« on: May 31, 2017, 03:03:00 pm »
Hi gang,

I spent the time listening to this podcast.  It's really good and absolutely worth listening to...I think it's in line with perspective of the forum.  I do need to say:

WARNING - There is a little foul language in the podcast.  Moderators, if this raises a flag and anyone is uncomfortable, please remove.

It's very minimal though for such a long podcast which has valuable intent.

I agree. He has a ton of cool guests and cool topics. Some way over my head.
Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.

I couldn't get through the first few minutes of foul language, it is so unprofessional and unnecessary. I don't know why people think they have to interject this stuff into their speech patterns.

We all spoke with nonstop foul language way back when I was in the Army but quit it when we came back to the world.

I am an old guy which might explain my stance.

I agree with you Eric but unfortunately just like the words mint and kool and rad, these word have worked there way into our common language. At least with videos we have the option to turn them off. I'm also an old guy :D

F-words, similar or whatever words that bother someone shouldn't deter viewers from getting good and interesting information. Some people have integrated swearing into their conversation, some not.
