A couple in the works
« on: March 10, 2017, 10:14:12 pm »
Got a couple shooting this week, one is a hackberry pyramid with flipped tips rhe otheris osage, it was a twisted gnarly crooked pain in my butt but several runs with a heatgun tamed it some what, the handle is off set enough it is practically centershot, i should finish them in a few days

Nice bends. The wiggle in the osage is about perfect.

Looking good Bubby, I really like the hackberry, but that wiggly osage looks great to.

You put a deep temper on that osage bow.  Glad you got that one lined up.

The bends on both of those look great. I especially like the look of the gradual recurves toward the tips. I take it they'll be working some?
