Looks like the inner third on both limbs need to work a little bit.  Limb A appears to be weaker and really bending in the outer 1/2.  Got an unstrung pic?

+2 on that one, also what Pappy mentioned  "If I know someone is going to shoot 3 under I make the bottom a bit stiffer that I normally would. :) "

I refined it with sanding and I'm calling this one 'good' before I ruin it. There is a hump in the top limb but it is set that way and I'm right at my target of 45#@28" right now.
Just need to thin the grip out some more. I'm gripping low in the photo which is loading the bottom limb more in addition to 3 under
