48# @ 26", I am not sure if I need to get the tips bending more.. Those of you that make D bows what would you do? I put the two draw pics because they might give a little different perspective on the top and bottom limbs in each

I think you're right. Your tips need to bend a little bit more. This edited ellipse isn't completely centered, but that's what I'm seeing.

It seems slightly hingey between or on one of these.. it's hard to tell. maybe it's just an illusion because the bow's color is lighter there
Have you made a tillering gizmo? Seems essentially just a block of wood with a hole for a pencil in the middle

You can get your mid-outer limbs bending more. Go slow, they come around real quick

Most of your bend is on the inner 1/3 of the limbs.
Lower has a slightly better curve.
Just narrowing the out half and rounding off corners may be enough to bring it round.
