. . . I'm sure I would be able to make it to pleasant hill.

It would be pleasure to shoot with ya!

... alone in distant woods or fields, in unpretending sproutlands or pastures tracked by rabbits, even in a bleak and, to most, cheerless day .... .  I suppose that this value, in my case, is equivalent to what others get by churchgoing & prayer.  Hank Thoreau, 1857

Shoot with a higher spined arrow and we can get that adjusted. Change your name to shootsstraightarrow

I might could be able to make it to the gathering at Springfield, depends on kid's schedule, but if not I'll meet ya'll at the shoot at Three Trails.
Aaron, try changing your anchor point to a different spot. If that doesn't help just move over to Lawrence and I'm sure you'll be shooting left in no time...  ;)  ;D

Not sure if I will make it to Springfield but 3 Trails is only 45 minutes from the house.

<snip>We are doing another cook out right? Eric?

Planning to have some kind of meat on the smoker.  Not sure what just yet, but BBQ sauce would work on whatever it turns out to be... :)

Guys - We should have plenty of power tools, Tillering trees, cauls, string jigs, and etc. setup and ready for y'all to use there, but we may need you to bring your work benches if you have them.  I have a couple spares, but we always seem to need a couple more than we actually have.  Also bring whatever hand tools you think you might need.  We'll have several things to loan and share as well, but please bring your own if you can as well.

Well - The September 9-11 date is sneaking up on us guys.  I have a few confirms for the event, but I need to get a better idea of the headcount.  I found a good deal on Beef Brisket this week and need to know if I should buy one or two of the things.  Let me know if you are likely to be attending.  I'm not worried about having too much brisket, we always seem to find a good use for any brisket leftovers! I just don't want to not have enough!  :o :o :o

I'd also like to let the guys up at Three Trails know approximately how many of us to expect from our group...
