Congratulations, and kudos for going the natural birth route!  I didn't cut any umbilical cords, but we did save the placenta from #3 and plant it under an apple tree.

Thank you everyone. We are still working out the kinks, but we sure love the little guy.
We saved the placenta. I plan on burying it in the soil of 3 Osage saplings I have growing.
I wish I would of kept the caul, now that I've read more on the mythology and folklore of it

Congrats you guys, that little guy will enrich your lives more than you can imagine. Also have to mention that I think that first picture is the coolest newborn baby pic I've ever seen. I wish the best of everything to your family.
