JonW, aka Jon Wampler
« on: March 31, 2016, 06:09:39 pm »
Jon's been diagnosed with meningitis. Nasty stuff. Dr's think it's viral variety as opposed to bacterial. Last of testing being completed in next 24 to know for sure which variety it is. Jon says viral is usually the easier to recover from. Nasty stuff.

I talked to him short while ago. He's had several tough days, but feeling bit better today. He's still in hospital, but may be released Friday. As fate would have it, today is his birthday!

I asked him if ok to contact friends and he said, "no problem." If ya wanna give him a call, his cell is 479-445-8599.

Spending your birthday in the hospital doesn't sound very fun.  Hope you get better soon.

Jon, let us know if you need help busting out of that hospital. Get better soon.
I found many years ago that it is much easier and more rewarding working with those that don't know anything than those that know it all.

I just talked to John a little bit ago. He seemed in better spirits. Said that he was feeling better today, he said that the doc told him that he would have flu like symptoms for a while now.
Take care of yourself buddy,  we're praying for you.

When you talk to him next, you tell him I said "get feelin' FROGGY soon!"  If he knows the message is from me, he will get the extra meaning.  Jon is a great guy and I wish I could carry this burden for him, if I could.
