Thanks,  I'm used to working Osage, so this hickory is a bit stubborn. Reminds me to take my time and slow down a bit.

Got some work done on mine today. String is all lined up and the tips flipped and one limb heat treated. Here's a couple of pictures.

Patrick

Right limb is heat treated and it shows.

Nicely done I like it. Arvin

I have to take pics with I phone and email to iPad and my pics come out squashed for some reason. Oh well the bow is not squashed. Arvin

Arvin - I don't know why anyone would hate on your pistol grips! (?)  The one I held in my hand at OJAM felt like it was born to fit my palm.  ...and it was danged near perfectly center shot - which I still think is an advantage.

Thanks Arvin!
Your bow will be sweet for sure! I like the handle a lot. The tiller adjustment you mentioned seams to be all that it needs.
Can't wait for that one to show up on my door step!  >:D

AW trade bow results in . Osage 69" bow. 55@28 . This 500 grain arrow flew 235 yds thru the bow. Time to finish sanding and start with the true oil. Arvin

Trade bow is in the works.64" TTT levered bow.Has a little wiggle on top and bottom limb.Got it tapered, floor tillered, and bent to my liking.90% of the propellers out of it.Fairly dense piece of osage.Hope he likes it.
