ajooter, swampman, gutshot, thank you guy's! I'm flattered to send a bow to anybody whose work I've seen here and the friendship that this group has given to me and one and all. And certainly to receive one. I for sure wouldn't work on this bow any more if it was just for myself. And I was pretty determined to let it be. But after thinking about it last night, and waking up this morning, I'm going to try to steam just the handle. Keeping it is one thing, sending it out is another. If I don't try it at least, I won't know if that would have worked. I'll build a Plan D if I mess it up.
Rich, I have another bow I'm going to try that limb bending box on, and I decided to re-sticker my wood ricks per your suggestions. Thank yo greatly for those and other suggestions. And Fred, thank you again for making this whole trade possible.
