Great gift Simon. Pat, you are VERY deserving of that bow for a million reasons, plus a few more.

That is an incredibly over-the-top gift and couldn't have gone to a more deserving member of our little niche.  Congratulations PatB.

Congrats Pat! You deserve it bud.
Simon,  you are a true one of a kind craftsman and gentleman. That is an amazing bow set and gift. Thank you from me, for being and sharing with all of PA.

Wow Pat. Absolutely stunning set up you have there. I know of no one that wouldn't be ecstatic to have one of Simon's bow. A well deserved gift for you. Congratulations.

Thanks everyone. I think we all disserve the bows we are receiving. Some incredible bows coming out of this trade and the other 2 also. We all do great work and all contribute to passing on the primitive archery tradition.
Well done to all!  8)

Congrats to Pat! Simon you really put fourth the extra effort in making the bow case to go along with such a awesome bow. I'm tickled for both of you.

Thanks guys, but you should wait with your compliments until Pat has shot her in!
We will see then if she's a good one (I really hope so). I'm very glad Pat likes her so far.

As a side note: I have declared the shipment as a 'HANDEMADE WOODEN BOW IN A PLYWOODCASE, PRIVATE GIFT, VALUE 40$'. We did not get any problems with the Customs. Perhaps someone need this info.

Back to the bow:
This stick caused a problem while tillering – the upper limb broke, and I had to make a new one. For those who are interested, you can read about and see a lot of pics at my side here: http://primitive-bows.com/osage-static-hunting-bow-n0-82/
