Just another Vinemaple Bow
« on: November 17, 2015, 06:42:45 pm »
I made this one a couple years ago, I realized I haven't shared a bow in a long time.
I dyed this one with a black and light brown learner dye.
Deer leather handle. Just a good ole basic deer hunt'n bow. Sweet shooter all around:)
62" NTN 47#@27"

Thanks for lookin:)

Sometimes simple is where it's at... looks like a sweet bow to me. Have I seen that one before?

Looks good, Bryce. Vine maple is about the only whitewood I like.

If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

Hey Bryce,

Is the lower limb shorter than the upper?  It looks like the arrow is very well centered in the bow.  Very cool.

Nice looking bow Bryce. I need to give vine maple more of a chance, it makes such awesome light bows. The stuff here is so swirly grained though, my tools hate VM
