My Best Point Yet

This past week I put a lot of effort into making my best point. The primary purpose of flintknapping for me is to make a hunting point that is sharp, a good size, and mounts easily. I think I got one this week. It's the sharpest point I've made yet and it's thin and was pretty much exactly what I was going for. The color in this point was just a bonus to me.

Florida to Kwajalein to Turkey and back in Florida again. Good to be home but man was that an adventure!

That looks good enough to go to black hills and hunt turkeys with us again. Lol I know the cold is hard for a Florida boy to handle. That is a real nice arrowhead with great color. I am not sure about launching that point it's kinda too nice.

Too late, already mounted to an arrow and she's ready to kill
I I've got a bucket of rainbow and that was actually one of the uglier pieces. I'll make some stunners than I can keep but this point wants to kill, it already got a taste of my blood and it's thirsty for more.
