First Molly - Finished
« on: October 16, 2015, 05:22:23 pm »
Hey Guys, Just thought I'd share this bow I finished up recently.
First Mollegabet that I've attempted and it seems pretty successful so far.
62" NTN, 55#@26",  Heat treated Elm.   Had a big check that ran off the side of the bow that I filled with warmed epoxy after I heat treated it.  I gave a wrap after I tillered it out for a little extra insurance.
I've been shooting pretty well with it and I made my first primitive kill with it which I shared in the Shooting and Hunting forum.

Very cool Molly and the tiller is good.   I've yet to make a Molly. Maybe I need to.

Well, I got nothing to teach you!  We'll done, plenty of good 5hough and adjustments made on all the little issues, well wxecuted.  Esp if you took game with it, that's one solid beauty of a bow.
