Hello everyone I'm Abo from Texas and new to the forum. I got into primitive archery in 1991 about the same time that Primitive Archer mag came into being. I remember seeing that first issue and was hooked. I have every Issue that has has been printed and as a matter of fact I just received the latest yesterday. I am involved with about everything pertaining to primitive archery, bow building, flintknapping, arrow making and also braintanning and atlatl. Its all fun. I also am into black powder guns and mountain man rendevouz so I recon i'm just drawn to anything from the past. I would like to send pics but have to learn how to get that done. Looking forward to learning from everyone and helping someone if I can.

Welcome to the group! Let's see some of your work, you've been primitive longer then I've been even a glimmer in my dads eye.
May my presence go unnoticed, may my shot be true, may the blood trail be short. Amen.

Great selection Abo. A variety of well made points. I've been gone for most of the year but hope my new schedule allows me to be back.

Welcome aboard. I only knap, but I love seeing all the craftsmanship you bowyers create. Some of us are practically neighbors. I live in Wixon Valley very near Bryan. Some of the others are in Bryan, College Station, and Hearne. You are showing some very nice chipping. Keep posting.

Thanks Tower. Yeah I'm looking forward to getting together and busting rocks with new friends. The Knapp in,s are ok which I don't attend much anymore by the way but a gathering where you have all the primitive skills going on will be great I'm sure.Csure.Cant wait.
