Finally got around to getting a picture of my father drawing the bow. Though looks like he'll need to work on getting it to a full anchor...ha!
I know he's much stronger than me, probably just needs to gain confidence in the bows durability... ;) At least you get the idea...

Ya...the white stuff has been here in large quantities this year!

Ha, if those trees weren't so pretty I'd say you can have them, I have no interest in maple or oak for anything other than firewood!  :D  This area is just crazy full of bow wood though. Maple, white, red, and post oak, walnut, cherry, ironwood, birch, mulberry, hickory, ash, erc, elm, persimmon, and osage all grow in my neighborhood!

Got your Dad's new bow all bookmarked for Feb Self Bow of the Month. Bet you can't wait to get that snow out of there for some a lilttle outdoor archery!
