« on: September 05, 2015, 11:14:05 pm »
here's a knife I just finished up made from a file, took an old bleached out checked horn and cleaned it up dyed it with dark brown rit then buffed the crap out of it used a piece of bone for a bolster, I wanted it to have an old look for black powder events, it's 12-1/2" total length just need to make a sheath

... alone in distant woods or fields, in unpretending sproutlands or pastures tracked by rabbits, even in a bleak and, to most, cheerless day .... .  I suppose that this value, in my case, is equivalent to what others get by churchgoing & prayer.  Hank Thoreau, 1857
