Well done pat. That one is definitely your best bow to date. I like everything but the top tip. It looks like it was glued on wrong

I loved shooting this bow.  My piddly little 25 - 26 inch draw didn't quite get all this bow has to offer, but trust me, it was plenty!!!  The arrows I shot through it weren't exactly the right spine for the bow, but they grouped up nicely each time none-the-less.

Shoots fast - barely any motion in the handle on release - and since Patrick added those string silencers, it's deadly quite.

It's also kinda pretty...  X@)IjS}]{/> is a lucky duck!

Thanks everyone so much! I wouldn't be were I am today if it wasn't for PA! I've learned so much from all of you! So I guess this bow is a tribute to all of my PA family.

Dave, thank you!  I wouldn't know about the heat top tips. I think some bearded fella at mojam glued it on.

That looked like a tough piece of wood to tame, Patrick, and you really tamed it. Good job on a pretty bow.

Wow, that's some nice work Patrick!  Love the curves and finish work and that's some jaw dropping speed.  You gotta find another stave like that and make one for yourself, now.
The picture of the arrow in flight is beyond cool, too.

Thanks mullet! This is one of those lighter color yellow Osage staves. They always seems to bend well as are a little easier on you with hand tools. The lighter stuff is now my favorite. But this one just wanted to corporate and seamed to like being a bow. Patrick

One day while driving down the road a big buck flagged me down and asked if I would cut off his antlers. He said that he didn't need them any more  and I could us them to make arrow shelves. As long as it was only on Osage!  >:D Patrick

sweet looking bow and very quick rated 1 IPS slower than my first compound @ 60# boy that has been a few moons ago. :o Hands down my favorite bow desighn and I like it tip to tip.

I just realized I have a 10 yr old Osage stave that has a handle just like that. Now I have a good idea how to mess it up  ;)
