Tiller check please

Been working on this one off and on for a while now tiller looks a little off to me but I can't seem to get it where I want and it's getting real close to weight . Take a look and let me know what you gents think.

From my pov there is a slight hinge about 1/2 of the way up on the right limb. Id remove a few scrapes at a time, around the hinge (marked with green arrows), checking every 10-20 scrapes until it evens out. But that's my opinion and i'm only working on my second bow.

That is the perfect bow for a tillering gizmo. It will tell you exactly where the stiff spots are.

Assuming it's being pulled sensibly on the tree, then the left is stiff and it's pulling down, the right being weaker is bending upwards.
Like a seesaw (or teeter-totter as you chaps over the water quaintly call it )
I'd leave the right alone until it is more evenly balanced. taking anything off the right anywhere will just make the imbalance worse and the right will bend even more disguising any good work you may be doing.
When in doubt leave it alone... and I doubt the right is in need of work yet.

Don't draw that any further than it takes to expose a problem.
To me the right limb is showing a hinge starting right at that red arrow.
I would take a few scrapes and partial draw it a few times and see what happens.
Continue scraping as needed.
Typically, when one limb is heavier than he other the drawing string will pull to that side of the rope and pulley and I don't see that happening.

The way I see it........
The whole limb on the left is strong ....and you have a hinge starting mid limb on the right......

I would put some masking tape around the hinge on the right limb which helps to stay off of that spot, and take a few scrapes off each side of the hinge until it disappears. then even up the left limb.

It's going to take more than a few scrapes!
The left limb is stiff overall, as Del said its rocking down. You must get the limbs even strength before pulling it that far. The stiff left limb is making the right look a little worse than it actually is.
Is that a knot on the right limb where its weak?
To properly asses tiller you need to know how the bow tapers in width and what it looks like unbraced.
If you could post these pictures it would really help giving you solid advice.
