After steaming and recurving or reflexing a piece how long do you leave it in your jig? How about osage specifically.
Thanks for your help guys.

I leave heat treated or manipulated wood on the form over night. I want to be sure it is completely cooled, inside or out. I'd hate to pull out what I just put in by stressing it too soon.

I failed recently.
I steamed about 4 inches of reflex into some osage and after it was cool to the touch( about 40 minutes or so) I took it out and ended up with only 2 inches of reflex.

It's often prudent to leave it overnight... it's too tempting to fiddle with stuff too early... glue ups or heat bending.
Mind, nearly all bending needs an allowance for spring back.
