Premade sinew backing? Lol
« on: May 07, 2015, 12:24:23 pm »
So I was leaning stuff out and found the sinew backing from two bows, one broke, one my dog ate :0/. Any who,if I glued the one on with tight bond could I then wet it and glue the second on with hide glue? Or should I just hide glue them both and wait?

I'll fill in the rest after they're applied, or should I just use tightbond?

BTW. I wouldn't use TB with sinew - hide or fish glue is the right choice, at least for me

I didn't know if I'd still get the effect using the hide glue with the premade pieces. I'll go with hide glue for the benefits.

That bow is sweet as well man! I love the little statics. I'm a sucker for hooks
