nock point
« on: March 20, 2015, 04:40:13 pm »
So i ha e ahot three under for about four years. I am thinking of going to split finger for sake of distace. (Im finding the bow does not block my view so much so i can reach out to fifty yards better) does my nock point have to be moved up or down due to the change from three under to split?

Try shooting the way it is and adjust as necessary.

Well i did and it kind of cyclones. I think left and right cuz its slightly akward for me so i pluck. And up and down is obvious. I was just asking like on average will you have to move it up? Down?

I set the nock on my bows at about 3/8" above horizontal but I nock the arrow above the nock. Take the nock off and place the arrow a little above horizontal(just eyeball it) and shoot. You can raise or lower it to find the sweet spot. When you do put a mark there and add a nock locater.
