Weird uses for bow tools
« on: February 07, 2015, 10:51:08 pm »
So what's the weirdest thing that you all have used any bow making tools for? So far i would say this is my oddest use. Using a bow form to jack up an interior wall so I can replace the floor. So what about you all?

I flip my form up side down and use it with my jaw type saw horses.

I find myself using bamboo arrow shafts for various reasons around the garage.  My bow tools are pretty much used for bows only.

I use my heat gun to start up my charcoal grill.  Cold coals to cooking in 5 min or less.

Have speed de-frosted my windshield with mine!  Careful to not get too close or CRACK!

Guy I know once told me he saw a person melt all the snow off his windshield by tossing a bucket of steaming hot water on it.

my manager once suggested that we use brine instead of windshield washer fluid  ::) he also suggested using a shop vac and PVC to clean the 500 plus pounds of salt from between the salter and truck bed.
