latest knappin'

here are some points I made. two are from moss agate, one is obsidian and the other is old bottle glass.

Nice chippin'. That moss agate looks like some cool stuff.
I saw it at a local rock shop and thought it should be knapable, the guy at the shop said he never seen anybody knap it before, but it works pretty good. it is hard but fractures well, you have to use more force than with obsidian, but you can get some large flakes off, and it has a really sharp edge.

nope, I have a bird dog that gets bored and she keeps somewhat entertained with shed horns. maybe she will help me find them this spring :D
