Thank you all very much for the compliments. After reading my post I should mention, I had no idea whether or not my guy would like hickory, I just didn't want to take the chance. I keep all my hickory bows by the heater in winter and a hot box during the humid months, I unfortunately don't have AC.

Very well done.  The tiller looks good and I love the finish work you've done.

Now let's be honest here.  You made an awesome bow and started thinking, "hmmm do I really have to give this up?....maybe my guy just won't like hickory....yeah thats it!  I don't want to offend anyone.  maybe I just better keep it so no one's feelings get hurt.".  ;D

We've all been there bro.  I don't blame you for keeping it!  That bow is awesome!   ;)

Talking trees. What do trees have to talk about, hmm... except the consistency of squirrel droppings?

That is a great looking bow, the only think I would not like about it is the hernia I would get trying to shoot it.  :)

Thats a really nice bow and someone is gonna get many years of use out of that beauty. Like the back profile, finish and tiller, top notch all around.

Sweet . Even though they are not from the same tree. heck not even the same kinda wood . But I have that bows sister and a great job Bob did making my trade bow. I just got to get off my butt and get some pictures taken to show this beauty off.
