60 is short for a stiff handled bow but it can be done at that weight. My hunting bow is 60'' stiff handle at 60#, but it's screamin when at full draw. for handles I go 1.5'' fades and 4'' handle, 1 and 1/4 in middle and 1 and 1/8 at ends. all personal preference. at 60'' the important hting is that the still handle doesn't extend too far so you have enough working limb. Again handles are largely personal preference. shelf, no shelf, big little, etc. hold it often and adjust until it feels good!
