If you close your eyes and squint???

If you close your eyes and squint these might just look like points.  The flint was a nice piece of rock.  Unfortunately, I didn't support it well and snapped before I got it to a good preform.  I worked with what I had left.

The beer bottle bottom, I got my first preform, ever.  It was still a little concave, but I worked most of that out.  It'll be good for shooting around trees. 

These are my first 2 "points" ever.

                I think You did a fine job. We all start some where. To many people have to high of an expectation when they first start something new. With a bit of practice and a whole lot of patience we become more proficient. I think you are on the right path and those are some great points. Nice part is You have a support crew to further you along in your journey....
