Heck I've been dreaming about stuffing bows into drain pipes already :o.
I think I'll need some of that medicine for jet lag too... ;)
I'm hoping a good sprinkling of cat naps will keep me going.

Del bring a bow that you would want to skin with a Texas snake skin.  If I make it I will bring you one, but if not I will mail it to JW.

Cipriano
Great  :)
I've got "Texas" an Osage bow with static recurve tips from billets that George Stoneberg sent me.... it won't fit in the drain pipe tho' !
I'm going to go over those bagage dimensions with fine toothed comb tomorrow see what I can bring over.

Del, how long is "Texas" nock to nock?

I was HECHO EN MEXICO, but assembled in Texas and I'm Texican as the day is long...  Psalm 127:4 As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.

Well what is the latest on the quest to get Del the Cat over here to the Classic?  How far are we up the goal thermometer?  Still need more funding?

We hit the price of the flight I had found for Del, but he upgraded his ticket...something about wanting to not ride down in the belly of the plane with the luggage.
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.

Del, cut the bow in half and we'll make it a Take-Down at the Classic. I'll bring a sleeve.

Whaaaaa, I'll tell Mrs Cat of you....
The nasty man wants me to saw my bow in half... ;)
It started off as billets :o
Seems a tad contrary to saw it in half now after all that trouble joining it up :o ::)
I'm sure we'll find somethin' to join together... I'm thinkin' I'm gonna have to extend my stay for maybe a month or so ::) (or until Mrs Cat starts missing me ... a year or two should do it :o  ;))
Ta for the offer, a take down is certainly on my to do list.

Hah!  And after I sent in .25 cents, cash!  some people!  If my ancestors from Wooten Under Edge, England, could cross the Atlantic, for months, in the hold, then he should be able to stand 8 hrs. in the hold!  He could be passing his time, by, shaving his stave....... ::) ;)

OUCH! I don't like the sound of that Eddie.  Tell em May 7th and it's a deal.  You always spend a few days or weeks waiting around to get started anyway when you take one of them long trips.  Hope it works out for ya, dp
