Ok Gentlemen. I'm a little late with this.
Here is the PITH list of names in the order they were drawn.

The rules are simple. Everyone sends a point to the person above them. The first person on the list sends one to the last name on the list.
You will need to contact the person or persons your shipping to for their address.
Please ship you points by April 26.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask.
Thank You

PM'd Bryan and Derik last night. Told them I'd ship or give in person at the Classic.

Also mentioned to Derik the idea of having a Classic pith since a lot of guys will be there and actually pull points out of a hat. Anyone game?

What is the best way to ship/pack these points? How much do they usually cost?  Never done this before.

Sasquatch - Usually a padded envelope in first class mail is best for a single point or two. If you want to add bonus gifts such as a slab or something with weight, a small flat rate box is pretty cheap. When sending one point I usually sandwich and taped in  small pieces of cardboard and send it in a small manila envelope or the aforementioned padded envelope. The smaller and less something weighs, the less it costs on regular mail. If something is heavy, flat rate is best.
