That looks like something that Blackhawk or Matt Wirwiki would tackle.  Maybe they will chime in with some suggestions.

yeah I would ask blackhawk. I'm sure he will tell you to make a bow with a setback handle considering it's his favorite design.

I'd take it down to floor tiller size and use heat to even it up. It will take a few sessions for a bend like that but it can be done.
...or you could just g ahead and tiller it out as it is.  ::)

The heat actually strengthens the wood a bit like tempering it. I've straightened some pretty crooked osage and never had a problem with the wood because of it. Take it slow and only work a little at a time. Let it cool completely before starting the next session. Don't force it too much at a time.

Rough out the bow then put it on a cawl with some heat and clamps then iron it out like a shirt. Then pray!

I'm with Bryce. I'd just make the bow. Test my skills. Test my tillering/timing knowledge. Test my eye. Challenge and reward baby.
Straight wood may make a better bow, but crooked wood makes a better bowyer

I'd cut it off at the kink and join it with another good half.

I like me an occasional wonky stave but, ....dang man. It is osage though so who know what shape you might be able to form it into once thinned down a bunch. I do wanna see what you do with it Joe, ought to be interesting.
I ain't broke but I'm badly bent.
