Like that one. Nice shape and the combination of osage, snake skin and buffalo horn overlay tips are awesome. :-)

I came home today to a long white tube package on our porch. I carefully unwrapped the package and was speechless to find my new hunting bow. Everything about the bow is perfect. The water buffalo tips, the skins, the knot on the bottom limb, the seam joining the skins together, and of course those graceful static recurves. The pictures DONT do this bow justice.

Now the bad news. On November 26 I had major surgery and can't lift, pull, push or strain myself beyond 10 lbs until January 7. That's a hard thing, but come January 7, I will string her and shoot her and post full draw pics.

Scott, thank you again for the great bow. I like everything about it ;)

Scott,

Thank you for posting the picture for me! I couldn't get it to work. When I finally able to draw and shoot this awesom bow it was on Jan 7. It's a smooth drawing, fast shooting and hard hitting bow!  ;) I couldn't be happier.

No I'm seeing the ortho doc tomorrow about my shoulder and a pulled thoratic  muscle in my back.. So since I shot it I haven't been able to pick it up again, but I'm hoping to get recovered from all this soon and shoot that bow daily.

Thank you mucho mi amigo!!

This is beautiful work. You mentioned looking at the skills of true craftsmen and feeling less confident. Thats how I feel now! Once again excelent work.

How did you make your form for the reflex? I'm considering trying it myself

Can't remember what circumference I used (maybe a coffee can) but I cut it out on the bandsaw.
