My collection
« on: October 16, 2013, 10:19:09 pm »
I just thought that being the guys you are, you'd enjoy some pictures. I haven't posted in a while. In no particular order, the bows I have made so far here are: a 75 lb yew elb, a 55lb osage flatbow, 45lb hackberry, 45 lb hickory board, 50 lb red oak eastern-woodsland longbow, a red-oak short-ish flatbow about 30lbs
and as for that big yew stick...I got an awesome yew stave from carson a while back, and build this warbow. I don't have a fulldraw on it because I'm not strong enough to pull it, and I need to get a fastflight string for it also...the dacron strings just stretch to zero brace height. It's around 90-ish at 29", and ___ at 31" I have no idea what.

hope you enjoy them ;)

Talking trees. What do trees have to talk about, hmm... except the consistency of squirrel droppings?

They look great!  I agree with what's being said, consider posting them individually and participating in BOM!

Great work.
