That's darn close! And well done (to this point.) I would focus on sanding it down and then when ready start shooting the crap out of it! That's gonna be a beauty!!

thanks guys.

pearl, some of the damn twist came back again. whats your advice?

scott, i was gonna start sanding it and fix that flat spot last night but then i noticed the twist in one limb.

the twist isnt very much  just enough to let the string slip off the curve

How many lbs is it pulling right now at 28"??

And what was your n2n dimension when you got done?

Tiller looks good by my eyes I maybe a greenhorn but I'm anal about symmetry and such... Bait obsessive compulsive... All my life I've had a need to straighten out objects on tables, pictures on walls, re arrange fridge magnets and such...

Getting into bow making I guess will channel my weirdness into something productive??  ???

lol use that to your advantage

The twist you see now isn't the stave anymore Im guessing. It must me a thickness issue. Check your side to side very closely, top and bottom limb.

ok ill look it over before i do anything else. i did take two shots out of it to see if it had any hand shock(just a tiny bit) and it was shooting fast and flat, and really quiet.

Brace it at about 4-5" and take a pic showing a tip to tip alignment from the belly side. Know what I mean?

What kind of things contribute to hand shock? what is the main thing to watch for or that causes hand shock?

the main contributor to hand shock is bad tiller, and heavy tips. there are some other things that cause it too like your limbs being off timed (they dont come back at the same speed)

Here is the string alignment. The string just barely slips off, i was thinking of adding string bridges to fix it.

Have you filed string grooves into the belly side of the statics? That makes a world of difference.

a 5/32 or 7/32 round file works. Make them a minimum 2/3 the diameter of the file deep. The string needs to stay put.
