a gem of a gift by a master
« on: August 25, 2013, 06:12:46 pm »
....... Misslemaster that is. Last week I meet up with Cody at a 3D shoot and he pulls some nice staves out of his truck and gives them to me, awesome. Then he pulls out a perfectly crafted osage bow, strings it, hands it to me and says
I want you to shoot this and if ya like it I want you to have it, I was stunned!
This bow is not only a beautiful piece of work by a guy who's bows I've always drooled over but a super sweet shooter
as well. After a full week I'm finally getting used to the idea that I actually own a genuine Cody bow. I believe I am
more proud of this bow than any of mine and just had to share my excitement with the class in this post. Hope I don't embarrass you Cody by saying your a 'righteous dude' and I thank you.
I ain't broke but I'm badly bent.

Wow that is REALLY nice!
Talking trees. What do trees have to talk about, hmm... except the consistency of squirrel droppings?
