Hey Steve,
I've seen some on here made from railroad spikes that are really nice.  I like to have one like them.  Sorry can't remember who it was though.

Bobby Keller  "Boo" here on PA made me two RR spike throwing hawks. I gave one to Little John on my last elk hunt with him.

Hey Steve, did you see the hawk that Pearly had at the Classic?  It was made by KHalverson and it was sweet.  It was a railroad spike hawk
I started out with nothin' and I still got most of it left

Squirrely PM'd me, and I refused to send him any of my hawks.  A) he does not have federal permits to possess protected species and B) my hawks eat squirrels and I would be guilty of manslaughter (or boyslaughter at the least)

KHalverson, on the other hand is one heck of a smith.  I got a knife that shouts that to me every time I pick it up!

Nobody better than Kevin Halverson Stevey the Wonder. I have 2 knives and a hawk from my good friend Kevin, phenomenal steel the man produces.

I've got a KHalverson knife and spike hawk. It stuck the first time I tossed it, one of the finest I ever owned, and sharp.
