Short bows

Hi guys, I am just finishing up my first short bend in the handle bow. I have a question as to where you prefer to hold the bow ie - Hold at centre and shoot off your hand or hold below centre and have the arrow at the centre of the bow?
I have only done stiff handle self bows and laminated glass bows until now. Thanks Steve

You could complicate this post by also asking... Do you take the weight of the bow on the ball of your thumb/ V of first finger thumb, or down nearer the heel of you hand?
Personally I tend to take the pressure on the base of my thumb (not so good at high draw weights) at about the centre of the bow/just below the arrow pass with the arrow resting on my knuckles.
Could also ask for shou size ::) ;) (8)

All my bendy handled shorties I shoot off my hand and hold at the center.  I work in a positive tiller in the upper limb of about 1/8".

Steve,
      I shoot one finger above mechanical center. That puts the force of the bow hand right at dead center. I shoot off the hand with the force of the bow coming into the web between the thumb and forefinger.
