I use a board hung vertical with pegs in it to hang the bows from by the string on the top limb.

I have a pair of 1 x 2 x 36 oak boards with coat pegs installed every 5". Then each is screwed/anchored to my drywall. I have them about 26" apart. Mine are stained and sealed so they compliment the bows hanging on them.
