That's a good looking bow Slimbob, I agree with your comment that the outter limbs could use some more flexing. I was in southern Texas years ago on a havelina hunt on Callahan Ranch near Laredo. Very different country then what I'm used to...everything growing it seems will "stick" you! ;) I was amazed at how much wildlife there was.

Very cool looking bow Hammertime!

Yep Greg.  Laredo's about 3 hours south of me.  You would swear nothing could survive long in that country, especially come August.  And yet it yields big numbers of trophy bucks year in and year out.  Love hunting down there, wouldn't want to live there!

Plan A has fought me all the way, mostly due to my own shortcomings. It shoots great, and I am just at the lower end of the desired weight. I will shoot it a while as I work on plan B before I decide. Thanks to pearl drums for helping me out with my first set of horn overlays.

Great looking bow Bob. The lower end of the weight target never hurt anybody.

Sinew bow came in light, so I picked up plan C and started tillering. It's 70" now and pulling 50# so I have plenty of room to work.

Probably gonna cut it down some before flipping the tips and dressing it up.

Great looking bows being made. Have mine ready to start shooting in and making final adjustments.
