ok here is what i got to work on today, however its far from finished. This is also my first attempt at a molly design. This one is White Oak, about 64" t2t, and is somewhere around 45@28. Its looking like i might miss my target by a few pounds; i may give sinew a try or maybe toasting the belly to bring up the weight a bit. what do you think?

Tiller looks good Roy. I say temper it for sure. It will not only add weight, but give you room to play with to. Plus it will improve performance by 25%.

Good looking molly Roy! Just make sure to get those tips nice and narrow. A head treating would do that one good.

With all these molly's my andaman/holmegaard is going to be lonely.  :'(

I finished up an Iron Wood bow, but it will not work for the person I'm sending a bow to, so I had to start over.  On the plus side the bow I finished turned out really nice so I have that going for me at least.   :)

I was able to cut it out last weekend (my new trade bow) and get it stabilized this week in Pappy's cabin so I can get it floor tillered this upcoming weekend.  I plan for it to look like my Iron Wood when it's finished.
